My name is Diane Brugnoli and I am so excited that you have found your way to this site. I hope you find the support I offer exactly what you need for your life. I am here to share my wisdom and knowledge to help people create great lives.

Joy is an astonishing gift that we give ourselves. Joy is within each one of us; it is our birthright. Unconditional love is our essence, but joy is its expression. Joy is forever present; often we are not. We must learn to be present, listen to our own wisdom, and find our inner joy.

There is no one incapable of being joyful. The expectations and restrictions that we put on our lives and ourselves simply keep us from observing it. When we live in joy, we dissolve worries, anxieties, guilt and grief. We clarify and balance our minds and strengthen our immune systems.

So many of us are so busy making that living instead of making a life for ourselves that we deserve. That instruction manual on how to be happy, joyous and fulfilled is not just going to drop in your lap from the sky.

You largest obstacle in living the life you crave is not your circumstances or even the other people in your life. Its simply finding the time and the energy to find your way to your joy, wisdom, and a better life. I have found that we often need support and love to help us find our ways.
